Regulatory history
Trade press attributes the LG München I injunction of 3 March 2025 (4 HK O 15458/24) to Apomeds, prohibiting advertising of weight-loss injections to German consumers via questionnaire-only remote prescribing, and holding that obesity remote-treatment by questionnaire does not conform to recognised medical standards. Not final at the time of reporting. Its dispensing partner Prime Pharmacy was separately subject to an IGJ emergency stop order in July 2025.
