GLP-1 Atlas

Atlas / Companies

Who is actually doing this

Legal entities, ownership, model, pricing and regulatory history. Where a company presents itself one way and its filings say another, the filings are here.

Two depths

Every company here has a summary: entity, model, pricing, funding, regulatory history. A handful also carry a full dossier, which is a fifteen-block teardown of how the machine is actually built: the entity map and ownership chain, who holds which licence, the money, a card per market, the verbatim positioning, how they name the drug and where the gate sits, the funnel screen by screen with the payment and clinical gates marked, the full price ladder and small print, the domain and martech surface, reputation, dated screenshots, regulatory exposure, and a read-across of what to copy and what to avoid.

The same fifteen blocks every time, so two dossiers can be read side by side the way two country pages can. The framework is written up in COMPETITOR-FRAMEWORK.md at the root of this project.

Voy researched

UK men's-health-led telehealth brand, rebranded from Manual, now the most visible GLP-1 advertiser in Britain and the most frequently sanctioned.

United Kingdom · Germany · India

Numan researcheddossier

The most institutionally serious operator in the UK category, and the one with the worst advertising compliance record. Files audited accounts, holds a Good CQC rating, publishes every clinician's registration number as a live link to the register, and has five upheld ASA rulings.

United Kingdom

Juniper researcheddossier

The European weight-management brand of Australian group Eucalyptus, acquired by Hims & Hers in 2026, which makes Hims the dominant single owner across UK and continental European DTC weight loss.

United Kingdom · Germany · Australia · Japan · Canada · Spain (staged, not launched)

Bolt Pharmacy researcheddossier

A Blackburn-registered online pharmacy that presents as British and pharmacist-founded, and is in fact a US skin: the UK arm of a San Francisco Y Combinator company, running on the Fella Health growth platform, that bought its pharmacy licence in April 2025 on vendor finance.

United Kingdom

ViaSlim researcheddossier

The structural benchmark in Switzerland, and the one whose caution is more presentational than real. A Swiss entity with Swiss-licensed doctors, physical practices and Redcare distribution behind it, marketing itself as too careful to name a medicine, while publishing a public dose calculator for two of them.

Switzerland

CheqUp partial

A UK operator unusual for holding both its own GPhC pharmacy registration and its own CQC prescriber registration in house.

United Kingdom

Simple Online Pharmacy partial

A Glasgow-based online pharmacy that turned out to be one of the fastest-growing UK players of 2026 on the back of the oral pill.

United Kingdom

Zava researcheddossier

DrEd’s original regulatory arbitrage, rebuilt through Dublin after Brexit and now sitting inside a NYSE-listed issuer alongside its own opposite number.

United Kingdom · Germany · France · Ireland · Spain

Hims & Hers partial

The US-listed telehealth company that, through two acquisitions, became the dominant single owner of European DTC weight-loss brands.

United States · United Kingdom · Germany · France · Ireland · Australia

Redcare Pharmacy researcheddossier

The pharmacy that lost the Zava case, and is running the Zava referral again today from its own product pages.

Germany · Netherlands · Austria · France · Belgium · Italy · Switzerland

DocMorris researcheddossier

A pharmacy that owns its own prescriber, which is the exact structure §11 ApoG exists to prevent, and it lost on that point in April 2026.

Germany · Netherlands · Austria · France · Spain · Italy

Yazen researcheddossier

The only operator in this atlas that never touches the drug, and the only one that runs eight countries out of a single Swedish company under Swedish law.

Sweden · Norway · Denmark · Netherlands · Germany · United Kingdom · Spain · Switzerland

Dokteronline partial

The longest-running cross-border European telehealth operator, and the subject of the ruling that established Dutch medicines law reaches foreign entities.

Netherlands · Germany · United Kingdom · Denmark · Finland · France · Lithuania · Belgium · Poland · Portugal · Romania · Sweden

DoktorABC researcheddossier

Germany’s largest GLP-1 seller by review volume, and a one-pound UK web-portal company that has never been sued by anyone anywhere.

Germany · France · Switzerland · United Kingdom · Sweden (undeclared)

Apomeds partial

A European telehealth-pharmacy marketplace, and the operator that trade press identifies as the defendant in the March 2025 Munich Abnehmspritze injunction.

Germany · Switzerland · Denmark · Portugal · Sweden · United Kingdom

Fernarzt thin

The clearest documented example of the three-jurisdiction structure: German intake, UK doctor, Dutch pharmacy.

Germany

euroClinix / 121doc thin

Sister brands of the same UK group, with one of the broadest European footprints in the sector.

United Kingdom · Sweden · Portugal · Germany · Denmark · Switzerland · Finland · France · Norway

Embla thin

One of the earliest European GLP-1-native clinics, built on the Danish clinic-prescribes / pharmacy-dispenses model.

Denmark · United Kingdom

Kry / Livi thin

The largest Nordic general telehealth platform, operating as Livi outside Sweden, a distribution channel more than a GLP-1 specialist.

Sweden · Norway · France · United Kingdom

Fit for Livet partial

Denmark’s category leader and the most aggressive namer of molecules in the Nordics, already exporting to three other markets.

Denmark · Sweden · Germany · Netherlands

Aposund partial

The one asset a foreign entrant cannot buy: medical weight loss delivered through the physical Danish pharmacy counter, in partnership with the pharmacists’ own trade association.

Denmark

Sikkert Vægttab partial

Runs 74 brand-named URLs, more per site than Zava or DoktorABC manage in Germany, plus waiting lists for two medicines it says are not available in Denmark.

Denmark

Helseresepten partial

The only weight-loss telehealth operator in the Nordics with a published regulator stop order against it, and the decision is the clearest statement of the advertising rule anywhere in this atlas.

Norway

Dr.Dropin partial

By far the largest player in Norway by revenue, a physical and digital clinic chain rather than a weight-loss brand, and it names no molecule at all.

Norway

VektFRI partial

The only visibly profitable weight-loss model in the Nordics, at a 43 per cent operating margin, and it runs the opposite compliance posture to everyone else in Norway.

Norway

Ayd partial

The only Swedish operator vertically integrated into an actual pharmacy licence, which is the structure Sweden’s open ownership rules make possible and nobody else has taken.

Sweden

Velora partial

The only profitable Swedish native, and it runs 46 brand-named URLs in the market where the regulator fined the category leader for exactly that.

Sweden
