Regulatory history

HHS asked the DOJ to investigate Hims over a compounded version of the Wegovy pill (February 2026); Novo Nordisk accused it of "illegal mass compounding" and the two settled on 9 March 2026, with Hims selling Novo product at the same prices as other telehealth firms and dropping compounded promotion.

In 2026

Completed the Eucalyptus acquisition on 2 June 2026. CEO Andrew Dudum called the Wegovy pill launch "staggering" on the Q2 2026 call and framed the strategy as moving beyond single-drug dispensing toward longitudinal multi-condition care.
