On 10 June 2026, case 25/22387-8 published 31 July 2026, DMP issued a stop order over advertising Legemidler mot overvekt. The decision quotes the operator’s email and web copy sentence by sentence, holds that a commercial interest in prescribing establishes advertising intent, and rejects the intended-for-healthcare-personnel gate not in principle but on execution, because the disclaimer was not credible against patient-facing copy and used the wrong statutory definition. Correcting our first record: the decision cites no CJEU authority at all and reasons on domestic grounds, so the gate is an engineering problem rather than a closed door.
