Named in a BBC investigation (21 February 2026) over weight-loss jabs ordered "without full checks". ASA banned 13 of its social posts on 12 February 2026 and specifically ordered it to police its own refer-a-friend scheme. MHRA formally found against Menwell Ltd in December 2025 over the "£94 a month" claim.
