GLP-1 Atlas

Atlas / Companies / Ayd

Ayd

partial

The only Swedish operator vertically integrated into an actual pharmacy licence, which is the structure Sweden’s open ownership rules make possible and nobody else has taken.

Ayd AB, 559338-1766, with Ayd Care AB, DocLibera AB and the pharmacy Apotek Dammfri / Svedala Pharma AB.

Model

Clinic plus owned pharmacy. Sweden deregulated pharmacy ownership in 2009 and is the most open ownership market in Europe on our scoring, and Ayd is the only weight-loss operator that has used it.

Pricing

Not established in this sweep.

Funding

Not established.

Scale

Revenue SEK 24.9m, growing roughly sixfold.

Regulatory history

Nothing found. Läkemedelsverket has published no ban against anyone other than Yazen, though it does not publish marketing enforcement, so that is a bounded negative.

In 2026

The vertical integration is the reason to research this one properly. In Germany owning both the prescriber and the dispenser is what section 11 ApoG prohibits and what DocMorris lost on in April 2026. In Sweden it appears to be lawful, which would make Ayd the cleanest test of whether the integrated model actually wins when it is allowed.

Markets

Sweden.
