Dispensing, prescribing, platform and certification are all buyable. Here is who actually sells them, and what is missing.

UK dispensing and fulfilment

Phlo Connect (Phlo Technologies) is the most documented option: GPhC-registered fulfilment with cold-chain and ambient handling, courier-API integration, branded packaging, plus a separate prescribing portal. It names eMed, a GLP-1 weight-management client, along with Skindoc, Morrisons, Daye, Hanx and HealthHero. It acquired Truepill UK in 2023, which is why Truepill is no longer a UK option.

CloudRx (Vulcan Two Ltd, GPhC 9011284) explicitly targets "high-demand areas such as hormone therapy and weight-loss medication", integrates with Semble, Cliniko, WriteUpp, MidexPRO and others, and describes itself as free for clinics, monetising on the dispensing margin. CloudRx was sold for £36m as part of an AIM-listed buy-and-build.

Pharmacy2U runs a partnerships arm and is one of the two original LillyDirect dispensing partners, which makes it uniquely positioned if Mounjaro supply is core.

Clinical governance

Bolt's structure, a GPhC pharmacy company plus a separate CQC-registered "independent doctor service" holding the prescribers, is the standard UK architecture. But AIOS Technology looks purpose-built for Bolt rather than open to other brands, and no evidence was found of it serving anyone else.

HealthHero is the most credible lead for genuine multi-client clinical governance, given confirmed relationships with Pharmacy2U and its appearance in Phlo's client list. Doctor Care Anywhere, Medefer, Now Healthcare and Push Doctor could not be confirmed to run open B2B prescribing products. None of them publishes pricing.

There is no Dutch equivalent

This is worth stating plainly because it shapes strategy: no NL pharmacy publishes a white-label fulfilment product, rate card, minimum volume or self-serve onboarding. What exists is a handful of licensed pharmacies quietly fulfilling for several unrelated brands at once, on privately negotiated bilateral terms. Brands run more than one, Formel Skin uses Kamille, Prime Pharmacy and a German pharmacy, which tells you redundancy is already treated as necessary.

DocMorris is the only entity with a genuine public partnerships door, and its marketplace is a retail model rather than prescription fulfilment as a service.

Certification and ad eligibility

LegitScript healthcare merchant certification is not legally required but is functionally mandatory for scaled paid media: Google requires either its own certification or third-party accreditation, and recognised LegitScript specifically for UK telemedicine advertisers from June 2025. Budget roughly $1,500–2,000 to apply and $3,000–4,000 in year-one fees, with $8,000–20,000 all-in once staff time, site remediation and legal review are counted.

Meta and TikTok policies for UK prescription weight-loss services could not be independently verified.

The affiliate route, and why it is not the safe hiding place

No published CPA rate for a UK GLP-1 patient could be found on Awin, Impact, Partnerize or ShareASale. Numan runs a peer refer-a-friend scheme (£100/£100), not a commercial programme. Comparison sites like weightlosscomparison.co.uk disclose commission but their operators could not be identified.

And the ASA's February 2026 position is unambiguous: affiliate marketing is not a loophole, and both the poster and the business can be held responsible. Voy was specifically ordered to police its own referral scheme. Building on affiliate distribution here means carrying the brand's liability without the brand's control.
